  • If there are technical issues with our platform that prevent you from accessing the features of SERPHeroes, and the issues have not been resolved within 72 hours of reporting.

Non-Refundable Items

The following purchases are non-refundable:

  • Payments made after the 14-day refund period has passed.
  • Any additional services or products purchased through third-party providers.
  • Refunds for issues that arise from incorrect usage or misunderstanding of features.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@serpheroes.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Provide your account details, including the email address used to sign up and the reason for the refund request.
  3. Once your request is reviewed and confirmed eligible, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at support@serpheroes.com so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for subscriptions or services. If you wish to switch to a different plan, please cancel your current plan and choose the new plan you'd like to subscribe to.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next cycle. However, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription.
